I possess much experience from past endeavors that strengthen my ability to truly serve clients, whether they are buying, selling, leasing or starting a commercial business.

Throughout my time on Municipal Council in Walkerton, 3 years as Councilor and 7 years as Mayor, I was very involved with Provincial and Federal Ministries, NGOs, Conservation Authorities, Municipal Planners, CAO’s, Clerks and many Boards, where I made and maintained dozens of key contacts.

When a question arises on a listing regarding by-laws, encroachments, easements, restrictions etc. I know where to go and who to call. I have been of great help to many clients throughout my 12 years as a Realtor.  Having actually acted on behalf of commercial clients and applying for building permits, attaining them and following through until the final inspection. It’s very gratifying to partake in someone’s dream and see it come to fruition.

I am fair, thorough and considerate when doing appraisals (opinions of value).

My connections are vast and widespread as my background includes 40 years in Toronto, where there are dozens of friends and relatives as well as many connections with City Realtors and Brokers, which affords me the opportunity to expose a listing to many more potential buyers than most.

The Real Estate industry is confusing and complicated to the average lay person. I assuage all the uncertainties and provide professional service for which I am very proud.

My teammate and spouse, Jan, has a 3-year Diploma in Design.  She is quick to assess the layout of a home and suggest the right changes to make it much more attractive to a buyer.

She also graduated from a course designed for Women at George Brown College which taught construction, including electrical, plumbing, framing rooms, kitchens and baths and more.

Janet has masterfully designed and renovated several homes.

Additionally, her knowledge of the various types of buildings, their lineage, the best way to maintain character came from working for her father (an architect & real estate appraiser).

So, with her more tactile knowledge of Real Estate and my human and professional experience we provide the ultimate service to clients.
