Connor Coultrup

Real Estate is in my blood! I grew up with both my parents working in the industry, so dinner tables were synonymous with Real Estate. I was born in Point Clark and lived my entire early life in Kincardine. I left briefly to attend McMaster University in Hamilton, where I wrote my thesis and obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology. After returning home I began working in the family business alongside my father Russ and mother Margaret.

Now a Broker with RE/MAX  in Kincardine, I have a passion for negotiating and fighting for our clients. It is my favorite part of the job! It is why I got my MCNE designation, Master Certified Negotiation Expert.

We bring the best of both worlds, with Russ having over 45 years of new build construction experience between owning his own construction company and working in Real Estate, and myself having a focus on everything new and emerging for technology and market trends.
