Raised in Bruce County and proud to call Saugeen Shores home, I have a strong connection to the area and enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate decisions with confidence.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry, where I developed a strong background in communication, negotiation, problem solving and client advocacy. These skills have carried naturally into real estate and shape the way I work with my clients today.

I work alongside my mother, Susan Terry, Broker, combining her more than 20 years of trusted local real estate experience with my modern approach to marketing, technology and client service. Together, we provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance while ensuring our clients feel informed and well represented throughout the buying or selling process.
