Dave Droppert

I was taught to value hard work, family and investing in your neighborhood and the community you live in. I worked on the family chicken farm and in the greenhouse industry during my teenage years.

I first became interested in real estate while living in Australia for a year. I lived in multiple rental properties in Australia and came home determined to acquire rental and investment properties of my own. I have invested in rental properties since 2003. As a licensed Realtor, I am able to share my passion and experience with my clients.

I have a diploma of Business, Sales and Marketing from Niagara College. I have worked as a sales manager for a soil amendment/fertilizer company over the course of seven years, working with farmers all over Ontario. This experience has sharpened my professional discipline, while giving me the platform to serve my clients with an eye for excellence, problem solving, and strategic planning.
