It has been more than 36 years as a full-time realtor and I have come to believe and live by this mantra.
My confidence and experience have come from being a licensed home builder and developer and working extensively with builders, developers and commercial clients in addition to home buyers and sellers planning their next move.
During my career, I have sold over 310 new homes and assisted in the buying and selling of over 865 building lots and development properties.
I have been honoured to be inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2008 and received the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
I received my ABR designation as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative in 2015 and my SRES designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist in 2016.
I completed the training to earn my Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) in 2020.
